What does the $199 transaction fee cover?
The flat $199 fee covers Florida Capital's brokerage services on that transaction. There is no percentage split and no additional charge based on sale price.
Do I need my own MLS access?
Florida Capital agents receive MLS access as part of onboarding. Our team will walk you through setup during your transfer.
How fast can I transfer my license?
Most agents complete their license transfer within a few business days once paperwork is submitted. Our broker support team manages the process with you.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
There is no long term contract required to join. Agents are free to build their business on their own terms.
